  程晋荣(Cheng,Jinrong),女,1969年3月生,安徽省淮南市人。中共党员。

  1991年和1995年毕业于合肥工业大学化工系和材料系,获得工学学士和硕士学位;2000年毕业于上海交通大学材料学院,获工学博士学位。2000年至2003年,美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学材料研究所博士后。2008年7-9月,英国利兹大学材料研究所访问学者。现任上海大学材料学院研究员、博士生导师。

  入选2004和2008年度上海市科技启明星,2007年度上海大学十佳杰出青年,2008上海市“曙光学者”和上海高校优秀青年教师。荣获2009上海市自然科学三等奖。1996年至今,主要从事铁电、压电、磁电等多功能材料和原型器件的研制,研究材料的光、电、磁转换效应和应用。研究的材料体系包括PZT和BST铁电薄膜、铁酸铋-钛酸铅陶瓷和薄膜、纳米铁酸铋光催化材料和无铅压电陶瓷等。承担和完成的课题有:国家自然科学基金、上海市人才项目和横向课题等19项。在APL、JAP、JAmCeramSoc.和PRB等国际重要学术期刊和论文集发表论文100余篇,申请发明专利7项,2项授权。参加国际、国内学术会议近33次,做口头报告31次(含邀请报告7次)。指导博士生2名,硕士生17名(已毕业9名)。讲授晶体物理、功能材料和科技英语等课程。
