马哲旺(MaZhewang)

男，1964年7月生。1986年、89年分别获中国科学技术大学无线电电子学系学士和硕士学位。1991年获日本政府奖学金赴日留学，95年获日本国立电气通信大学博士学位。1997年任电气通信大学电气电子工程系副教授，98年后任日本国立埼玉大学工学部电气电子系统工程系副教授、教授。
马哲旺教授多年来一直从事计算电磁学，微波毫米波电路特别是微波毫米波滤波器的研究与开发，以及微波毫米波介质材料和高温超导测量方法的研究。自1998年起担任美国IEEETransactionsonMTT以及IEEEMicrowaveandWirelessComponentsLettersEditorialBoard委员以及ReviewBoard委员、日本电子信息通信学会期刊IEICETransactionsonElectronicsReviewBoard委员,日本电子信息通信学会微波专业委员会委员、日本微波仿真专业委员会委员。1998APMC（亚太地区微波国际会议）技术委员会委员，2002APMCSteeringCommittee委员。担任多项国际会议分会主席。在IEEETransactionsonMTT(美国)、IEICETransactionsonElectronics(日本)，电子学报，电子科学学刊（中国）等国内外期刊以及IEEEMTT-SInternationalMicrowaveSymposium(美国)、APMC(亚太地区微波会议)、EuMC（欧洲微波会议）等国际会议及其它国内外会议上发展论文100余篇。分担执笔专著一本。
