【学术经历】含学历和工作经历
现为上海大学通信与信息工程学院研究员、博士生导师;现任上海大学通信与信息工程学院光纤研究所副所长;现任上海市特种光纤重点实验室副主任;
2007年获上海大学材料科学与工程学院材料学专业工学博士学位;
1999年作为访问科学家赴法国琼·莫纳特大学合作研究;
1982年获上海科学技术大学物理系半导体器件物理专业理学学士学位;

【研究领域】
主要从事特种光纤技术与应用;光纤无源器件;光纤传感;导波光学;光电子学;非线性光纤光学等方面的研究工作。

【学术成就】
主要从事特种光纤技术与应用、光纤无源器件制作与测量、光纤传感、导波光学、光电子学、非线性光纤光学等方面的理论和实验研究工作。在紫外光纤、放大光纤、移动无线光通信、光纤测试、光纤无源器件制作及测试等方面有较深入的研究和经验积累。曾参加我国第一根单模光纤及其参数测量研究攻关项目,获上海市科技进步二等奖;参加“单模光纤技术”项目,获国家科技进步二等奖,上海市科技进步一等奖。已申请发明专利30余项(其中已授权10余项),发表论文50余篇,承担国家、省部、科技和企业攻关项目10余项。
