张文举男，1981年3月出生，南京大学生物学（植物学）博士。2010年10月进入上海大学生命学院工作，任讲师。现主要从事食品过敏原的生物化学、免疫学以及分子生物学等方面的研究。承担国家青年科学基金一项，上海大学青年教师基金一项。主要研究成果如下：
