研究方向
研究方向:秦晓梅,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2005年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所并获理学博士学位,同年6月到美国夏威夷大学做博士后研究,2006年9月回国并入职上海师范大学。2016/10-2017/10,在美国阿贡国家实验室(APS)交流访问一年。此前曾先后到美国芝加哥大学Argonne国家实验室、日本冈山大学固体地球研究所、澳大利亚Canberra Institute of Technology(CIT)做短期访问。曾先后获得上海师范大学第五届“优秀中青年学术骨干”、上海师范大学首届”王乐三奖教金”、上海师范大学“三八红旗手”和上海师范大学“精彩课堂”等荣誉称号。已培养十几名硕士研究生(包括学硕和专硕),并指导研究生获“国家奖学金”,一人考取清华大学继续攻读博士学位,部分毕业生已经成为上海以及周边地区著名半导体公司(中芯国际、华力微电子、华虹等)的中坚力量。与中国科学院物理研究所、北京(上海)高压科学研究中心、上海技术物理研究所、南方科技大学、同济大学等国内顶尖的科研团队长期保持良好的合作关系,包括联合培养研究生、输送优秀的毕业生继续攻读博士学位等。
主要研究领域:
1、功能材料(二维光电材料及铁电、压电材料)在高压(High Pressure)和多元外场下的物性研究;
2、光伏太阳能电池的材料、结构和性能研究。
