范润华,1970年生,上海海事大学海洋科学与工程学院副院长、材料系教授、博士生导师。1987年起,本硕博就读于山东大学,1998年在该校获材料加工工程学科博士学位。曾任山东大学材料学院教授、材料加工教育部重点实验室常务副主任。现兼任山东大学博士生导师、中国材料研究学会理事、中国复合材料学会理事、中国海洋工程咨询协会理事。作为共同发起人创建了中国材料研究学会超材料分会,并担任副理事长。
主要研究舰船电力电子材料、金属材料成形加工。前者包括电介质、金属软磁材料、铁氧体材料及其在舰船隐身、电子元器件、5G通讯天线和电路基材、脉冲电容器、船用电机、无线输电等领域应用,部分成果已实现转化。在国际上创建了“负介材料”这一超材料分支,引领中美欧日50多个机构开展该研究。主持承担了上海市教委科创计划重大项目、国家军品配套科研项目、山东省自主创新及成果转化专项、国家自然科学基金等科研项目十余项。主要围绕负介材料在Adv MaterAdv Funct MaterAppl Phys LettResearchActa Mater等刊物发表学术论文100余篇,2017年以来有15篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。作为第一完成人获山东省科学技术奖(自然科学)二等奖和中国材料研究学会科学技术奖各1项,2014和2019年两次被评为山东大学暨山东省优秀博士学位论文指导教师。
