学术及工作经历：毕业于香港大学法学院，取得博士学位，在此之前先后就读于中国政法大学和悉尼大学，取得法学学士学位、法学硕士学位。2015年起在上海对外经贸大学任教，主要讲授知识产权法、著作权法、知识产权技术转移等课程。曾在上海政法学院任教。
