李晨虹,水产与生命学院教授,水生生物系主任。1989年至1996年在上海水产大学水生生物专业攻读本科、研究生,毕业后留校任教。2001年赴美留学,2007年获美国内布拉斯加大学博士学位。后在美国内布拉斯加大学、美国豪林斯海洋研究所做博士后研究,2012年回母校任教。他曾首创基因组序列比较法寻找系统进化分子标记,首次提出了用聚类分析的方法对DNA序列进行分组,解决了系统进化学数据分析的难题,在国际上引起广泛关注。2011年入选上海市“****”****,2012年获上海市“浦江人才”计划资助。

研究成果
研究鱼类多位点分子系统学,取得如下成绩:①通过比较模式生物基因组,开发大量用于鱼类分子系统学的单拷贝核基因标记,获得广泛认可,并和国内外同行开展多方合作;②建立跨物种靶基因富集方法,低成本、高通量获取不同物种数千个目标基因序列,用于分子系统学和群体遗传学研究,被Biotechniques杂志评为2013年度精选文章;③应用上述方法研究海洋硬骨鱼及鲨鱼的分类和生物地理。在PNAS、Molecular Ecology Resource、Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution 等行业一流期刊发表论文。和美国、英国、德国、挪威等多个国家的研究团队合作,研究成果产生了一定的国际影响。
