<\/font>研究领域: 高精度时间频率系统、时间频率测量、时间信号扩频接收、星载时间频率仪器研制、数字信号处理和自动控制。
<\/font>研究成果: 在时间频率研究领域中,多次获得中国科学院科技成果二等、三等奖,上海市科技成果二等奖、国防科技进步二等奖等奖项;在IEEE Conference上发表过数篇文章;现作为技术总设计师负责某国家重点项目中的时间频率系统研制。

jl_en:HUANG PeiCheng <\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b>is the head of Time & Frequency Research Center of Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, the principal scientists of the Time & Frequency System research team and Active Hydrogen Maser research team. He specializes in precision time & frequency measurement, precision time transfer, time & frequency system and hydrogen atomic time standard technology. He and his Time & Frequency System research team designed and built the China Galileo Test Range (CGTR) time & frequency system, time & frequency system for the deep space exploration station and the time & frequency systems of ground stations for compass navigation system. As a primary actor, he designed the satellite-borne laser time measurement system and led the design and manufacturing of the on-board timer for satellite navigation system. He and his Active Hydrogen Maser research team have achieved great progress on the frequency stability of the active hydrogen maser.
