王震，法学博士，现为上海社会科学院中国学所研究员、国家民委优秀中青年专家，兼任上海反恐研究中心理事、中信改革发展研究院研究员、中国中东学会理事等，近年来曾先后赴以色列特拉维夫大学、美国伍德罗·威尔逊国际研究中心和哈佛大学燕京学社（2018－2019）从事访问研究，主要研究领域为国际安全、国际战略与中东问题等。
王震博士已在《社会科学》、《现代国际关系》、《国际政治研究》等学刊发表论文三十余篇，并参与编写十余部专著章节，出版有专著 《一个超级大国的核外交：冷战转型时期美国核不扩散政策（1969－1976）》（新华出版社，2013）、《全球反恐战争问题新论》（时事出版社，2018），翻译有《统治史》第一、二卷（华东师范大学出版社，2009/2014）、《解读恐怖主义：恐怖组织、恐怖策略及其应对》（上海社会科学院出版社，2018）。
王震博士曾独立主持国家社科基金、国家民委、上海市社科规划办及上海反恐研究中心等委托的重要课题研究，他的部分研究成果曾获“第九届上海市决策咨询研究成果一等奖”（单独）、第十二届和十三届上海市哲学社会科学“内部探讨优秀成果奖”及上海社会科学院“张仲礼学术奖”。此外，他还曾入选上海市教委“曙光****”计划，并先后获得上海市“青年五四奖章”和“五一劳动奖章”等。
Biography of Dr. Wang Zhen
Dr. Wang Zhen is a research professor of international politics at the Institute of China Studies, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS). He received his Ph.D. in international politics from the Shanghai International Studies University (SISU). He was a visiting scholar at the Tel Aviv University during 2005-2006, the Woodrow Wilson Center in 2015, and a senior visiting research fellow of Harvard-Yenching Institute (HYI) for international studies during 2018-2019.
Focusing on international security and China’s foreign policy studies, Dr. Wang has published numerous papers in leading academic journals, such as Asia Perspective, International Politics Quarterly, Contemporary International Relations, Journal of Social Sciences, Historical Review, and World Affairs. He is the author of The U.S. Nuclear Non-Proliferation Policy during the Transformation Period of the Cold War (1969-1976): Cases of India, Israel and Taiwan(Beijing, 2013) and A New Theory on the Global War on Terrorism(Beijing, 2018).
