吴 劼(Jie Wu) 男，出生于1974年9月。1991-1995年就读于江西师范大学化学系，获理学学士学位。1995年考入中国科学院上海有机化学研究所，并于2000年获理学博士学位。2000年8月赴美国哈佛大学化学和细胞生物学研究所进行博士后研究，2001年作为访问科学家加入洛克菲勒大学艾伦·戴蒙德艾滋病研究中心何大一博士(Dr.David Ho)实验室，2002年底被聘为资深研究员加入VivoQuest，Inc.从事抗艾滋病和丙肝的新药研究开发工作, 2004年9月回国加入复旦大学化学系。现已发表SCI论文13篇, 论文被引用二百余次, 参与编写专著两本, 获得美国发明专利1项。作为参与人获2001年度上海市科技进步一等奖。
