工作经历:
2002年7月于复旦大学环境科学与工程系获得学士学位,此后赴新加坡南洋理工大学土木与环境工程系攻读博士学位,方向为废污水处理工程与好氧颗粒污泥工艺,题目为“使用以苯酚养成的好氧颗粒污泥进行三氯乙烯的共代谢降解(Co-metabolism of trichloroethylene by phenol-grown aerobic granules)”,并于2008年7月正式获得南洋理工大学博士学位。在此之前于2006年3月开始于南洋理工大学环境科学与工程研究所担任项目经理一职,从事环境工程方面的项目开发、应用型与基础性研究工作,并于2008年6月升为研究员职务。2010年8月正式加入复旦大学环境与科学工程系,担任讲师职务,2017.12升任副教授。
研究方向与兴趣:
环境工程,特别是废污水处理工程;
好氧颗粒污泥技术应用于有毒工业废水处理;
环境微生物学与微生物生态学;
生物降解和生物质利用;
水的生态处理和可持续利用;
清洁能源。

国家留学基金委2018);
负责新加坡港务局(Marine and Port Authority)“船用燃油(bunker oil)的生物除硫(bio-desulfurization)技术开发” 项目(2006~2008),并协同指导硕士生一名;
负责新加坡港务局(Marine and Port Authority)“船用燃油(bunker oil)的生物提炼(bio-cracking)技术开发”项目 (2009~2010);
负责各种有关于“清洁发展机制”(Clean Development Mechanism)的项目咨询和开发工作(2006~2010);
参与新一代生物燃料,特别是使用微型海藻生产生物柴油项目的开发和咨询工作(2007~2010);
参与其他与能源相关的研究和咨询工作,比如香港Keppel-Seghers公司“城市污泥焚烧可行性评估”项目(2006),新加坡Singapore Technologies Dynamics Pte.Ltd.公司“废弃物的能源转化”技术评估和咨询项目(2008)等。

负责各种关于船舶压舱水(ballast water)处理技术和工艺的开发和咨询工作,尤其是关于陆基试验(land-based test)的咨询工作;
参与开发高级氧化技术(Advanced Oxidation)在水处理工艺中的应用,并协同指导两名博士生;
参与各种与好氧颗粒污泥有关的咨询开发工作;
参与新加坡环境与水工业发展理事会(Environment and Water Industry Development Council)“水处理膜质量监控器(membrane integrity sensor)”中试项目。
主持韩国乐金电子(LG Electronics)“膜处理技术在水处理中的应用”中试项目(2012~2013);
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目No. **“苯酚作为底物时好氧颗粒污泥中聚羟基脂肪酸酯积累情况及其对于氯代短链烃共代谢效率的影响”(2014~2017)。
