柳美君，四川大学管理学学士(2015)，浙江大学情报学研究生(2016)，香港大学哲学博士(2020)。现任复旦大学全球公共政策研究院青年副研究员。主要研究方向为：大数据应用与分析，科学学，科技政策，音乐信息检索。目前关注科学家的流动与合作如何影响科研绩效和团队成功，科学界的性别不平等，以及流行疾病期间集体音乐情绪的变化。参与国家自然科学基金多项课题。学术研究成果先后发表于《Journal of Informetrics》，《Journal of Information Science》，《PloS one》，《Learned Publishing》，《Quality & Quantity》等高质量SSCI期刊和CSSCI期刊，共计论文十余篇，共计被引70次。同时，她还是国际音乐信息检索学会，国际公司治理学会成员。她还担任了国际音乐信息检索学会会议, ICALT 大数据教育与学习分析等国际重要学术会议的项目委员会成员与审稿专家。还担任JASIST, International Review of Research in Open and Distributed Learning, Quantity and Quality, PLOS ONE 等国际期刊的审稿专家。
