1. 白色及米色脂肪细胞的分化发育调控
2. 代谢性疾病发生的机制
重要学术贡献
1.系统阐明间充质干细胞定向为前脂肪细胞,及前脂肪细胞发育为成熟脂肪细胞的分子机制;
2.阐明米色脂肪发育的调控机制,特别是BMP4及BMP信号通路对米色脂肪发育的调控作用;
3.鉴定了一系列通过激活米色脂肪发育进而改善机体代谢的小分子化合物,为针对肥胖及代谢综合征开发相关药物奠定基础。
