主要研究方向:
1. 光电半导体晶态材料的生长工艺与结晶机制;
2. 光伏电池技术:钙钛矿太阳能电池、量子点敏化太阳电池等;
3. 光电信息技术:光电信号探测/存储/发射器件。



主要学术成果:
主要从事光电转化功能材料与器件的研究。提出半导体表面分子结构调控新技术,阐明了界面原子结构对电子状态的作用机制,研制出工作寿命近万小时的新型光伏电池器件。迄今共发表SCI论文 60 余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者身份在 Science、Nature Energy、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 等国际期刊上发表论文 30 余篇。研究工作得到国内外专业期刊或新闻媒体如 Chemistry World、Physics World、MRS bulletin等报道 10 余次。所发表论文中,7 篇入选1%ESI高被引论文,4 篇被评为1‰ESI热点论文,8 篇被选为封面/插页论文,论文被SCI引用 3300 余次,H-index为 31。2020年获国家优秀青年基金资助。
