博士,研究员,博导。1962年生,1984年毕业于华东化工学院生化工程专业后立留任任教,1997年获华东理工大学生化工程硕士学位,2006年获华东理工大学生物化工博士学位现任华东理工大学生物工程学院院长,国家生化工程技术研究中心(上海)主任,上海生物制造产业技术研究院副院长,“ 863”生物与医药领域工业生物技术主题专家,中国微生物学会第十届理事会常务理事,生化过程模型化与控制专业委员会主任委员,中国化工学会生物化工专业委员会副主任委员。
长期来主要从事发酵过程的优化与放大研究,在国家生物反应器工程重点实验室和国家生化工程技术研究中心(上海)的工作中,在“十一五”期间,完成了“ 973”项目“工业生物技术的过程科学基础研究-生化反应过程放大原理与方法”(课题编号:2007CB714303,课题负责人)‘十二五’期间作为项目负责人,承担了上海市科委基地建设项目“上海生物过程工程专业服务平台再建设”(项目负责人,课题编号:11DZ**,13DZ**),并作为主要参加者,参加了‘十一五’ 863重点项目“头孢菌素?发酵工业用菌种改造和代谢工程技术“,”红霉素发酵工业用菌种改造与过程优化控制技术“,”十二五“期间” 863项目:生物过程关键技术及装备研发“,” 973项目:工业生物过程高效转化与系统集成的科学基础研究”等重大项目。在长期研究中 本人所在的研究团队,围绕着工业生物过程的基础研究,关键共性技术研究和技术推广开展了大量工作,在多尺度发酵过程参数相关分析理论方法基础上,又形成了基于细胞生理特性和反应器流场特性相结合的工业生物过程优化与放大理论与方法及其相关的装备,并在红霉素,头孢菌素C,鸟苷,葡萄糖酸钠,阿维菌素等数十个品种的工业发酵产品中成功应用。本人在发酵过程的参数相关分析,发酵过程代谢调控和工业生物过程放大等方面形成了研究特色近年来获得国家科技进步二等奖三项,上海市科技进步一等奖三项,中国产学研合作创新成果奖一项;发表论文150余篇,SCI收录90余篇,获授权发明专利25项。
