科研项目


学术成果
茅惠兵教授长期从事表面等离激元,半导体微腔,量子点、量子阱、纳米晶等低维半导体材料的制备与特性研究工作‚同时还从事光子晶体特性等的理论研究。在国内外著名学术刊物发表各类学术论文60多篇‚包括多个国际著名刊物‚如 Appl. Phys. Lett.‚ Optics Express‚ J. Phys. D‚J. MicroElectro-Mechanical Systems等。申请国家发明专利十余项‚已获授权6项。参加了国家重大科学研究计划项目(973 项目)、主持了国家自然科学基金等多项国家与省部级项目以及国家重点实验室开放基金项目。
近期承担与参加的科研项目:
1.国家自然科学基金项目:表面等离激元与半导体微腔的耦合及其对激子极化激元单光子与双光子自发辐射的调控研究(2013-2016)。
国家重大科学研究计划(973 项目):光子晶体与量子受限结构的耦合调控研究 (2006.07-2010.12)。
2. 自然科学基金面上项目: 二维光子晶体中量子点的自发辐射及其瞬态特性研究(2006-2008)。
