研究方向
(1)实验方面：基于红外调制磁光光谱和磁输运方法研究半导体材料及器件(如:HgCdTe, HgMnTe, GaInP量子阱,高速电子迁移率晶体管HEMT和量子级联激光器/探测器)在深低温、强磁场和高激发下的光电特性和量子效应，包括光致磁化效应、光学Aharonov–Bohm效应(optical Aharonov–Bohm effect)、量子阱和器件能带的磁光特性及导带子能级探测表征、强磁场束缚条件下激子的Bose–Einstein凝聚态的光学表征和光学性质初探。
(2)理论计算方面：开展基于k·p微扰理论和磁性半导体杂质理论对(磁性)半导体及器件能带结构的计算和分析工作，并采用软件工程技术逐步实现模块化的软件集成。
