研究兴趣
研究兴趣主要包含以下三个方面:
(1)偶氮苯液晶共聚物的超分子结构及其光响应机理。合成一系列新型拓扑结构的含偶氮苯液晶基元的共聚物,实现多重响应共聚物的制备,并研究其自组装行为,揭示共聚物超分子结构的微观结构及其光响应机理。
(2)新型结构聚肽共聚物的合成。合成一系列结构新颖、不同构造的杂化聚肽体系,拓展其在药物控释等生物材料应用前景。
(3)智能型载药体系的构筑。合成一系列结构新颖、不同拓扑结构的、生物相容性良好的共聚物,并将其修饰到无机纳米粒子上(如超顺磁性四氧化三铁纳米粒子和金纳米粒子等),构筑出智能型载药体系,提高抗癌药物的疗效。

1、主持项目情况
主持并完成教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项、上海市自然科学基金1项(10ZR**)和企业项目1项。目前主持国家自然科学基面上项目1项(**)和上海市基础重点项目1项。以第一作者或通讯联系人在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Polym. Chem.,J. Mater. Chem.Langmuir等国际著名期刊上发表科研论文40多篇,申报专利12项。荣获湖南省自然科学基金二等奖(排名第5),指导硕士生吴晓萌同学的学位论文获得2014年度上海市优秀硕士学位论文。

Text: Novel pH-tunable thermoresponsive 3-azido-2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate-based polymers displaying LCST and UCST in phosphate buffer solutions were successfully synthesized by ATRP.

Text:Directional photofluidization of azobenzene groups manipulates the shape transformation of the round pores in an ordered breath figure array. Depending on the irradiation time and polarization direction of the incident polarized light, rectangular, rhombic, or parallelogramshaped pores can be obtained.

Text: A series of novel amphiphilic brush-dendritic-linear poly[poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate]-b-polyamidoamine-b-poly(ε-caprolactone) copolymers (PPEGMEMA-b-Dm-b-PCL) were synthesized by the combination techniques of click chemistry, ATRP and ROP. The introduction of PPEGMEMA into PCL can low the crystallinity of PCL, therefore, adjust the biodegradation rate and mechanical properties of PCL. The brush-dendritic-linear copolymers can also self-assemble into spherical micellar structures in aqueous solution with average diameters of about 500 nm.
