谭琨,湖南衡阳人,博士,博士后,教授、博士生导师,国土环境与灾害监测国家测绘地理信息局重点实验室副主任(2016-2018),IEEE Senior Member,遥感顶级期刊ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing编委(2017-),中国测绘学会摄影测量与遥感委员会委员,中国地质学会遥感地质委员会委员,中国遥感协会高光谱遥感委员会委员。2010年6月获中国矿业大学“摄影测量与遥感”学科博士学位,2011年到2015年在中国矿业大学“控制科学与工程”进行在职博士后研究;2008年到2009年美国哥伦比亚大学联合培养博士,2014年-2015年西班牙埃斯特雷马杜拉大学访问****(国家留学基金委员会全额资助)。过去十几年来,围绕高光谱遥感智能处理和矿区环境反演问题开展了深入的研究。在遥感分类方面,提出了改进的支持向量机模型分类器、半监督分类模型、矿区土壤污染反演模型等机器学习的地物分类和反演方法;在半监督遥感分类方面,系统构建了协同处理的半监督分类的理论与方法;取得的创新性成果已应用于高光谱遥感数据处理领域,以及在矿区环境监测和分析中得到较广泛应用。
发表论文100余篇,其中SCI检索46篇(第一作者/通讯作者38篇),EI检索40篇,出版专著5部(第一作者2部,第二作者2部)。获得软件著作权10项,主持科研项目10余项,包括国家自然科学基金面上2项、青年1项。中国地理信息科学三等奖两项、江苏省科技进步奖、河北省科技进步奖、中国顶尖学术论文F5000奖两项、江苏省青年遥感与地理信息科技奖等奖励,荣获江苏省优秀博士论文。培养的学生荣获江苏省优秀硕士论文两项和江苏省高校测绘类优秀硕士学位一等奖三项。
