研究方向
蝙蝠多样性与进化课题组

主要研究方向：动物分子生态学、进化生物学、动物分子遗传学。

研究问题：
主要以蝙蝠为系统，研究物种形成、回声定位叫声频率变异的分子基础、冬眠。
1）物种形成。以近缘类群为研究对象，研究 生态物种形成（ecological speciation）和染色体物种形成（chromosomal speciation）。
2）回声定位叫声频率变异的分子基础。在不同物种间及种内不同种群间，应用比较基因组、种群基因组和比较转录组等分析方法，鉴定与回声定位叫声频率相关的候选基因，希望为人类耳聋研究提供借鉴。
3）冬眠。通过转录组、表观遗传组、蛋白组等技术手段，探讨调控冬眠表型的分子机制，希望为医学中移植器官的低温保存等提供新思路。
