研究领域:微生物生态学、环境微生物学、生物信息学
研究兴趣:基于微生物生态、环境微生物和生物信息学的交叉学科,主要关注:
1. 人类活动对湿地环境中微生物群落结构的影响:以湿地环境为研究对象,应用宏基因组学、宏转录组学等手段,研究城市化进程中,环境微生物群落结构和生态系统功能(如,生物地球化学循环和提升人群健康等方面)的变化。
2. 环境胁迫对功能微生物群落结构的影响:以砷污染水稻土为例,研究砷胁迫条件下,水稻土中砷代谢微生物群落结构及功能的变化,微生物介导的砷的生物地球化学循环过程,及其与其他元素耦合过程的微生物生态学机制。
3. 开发生物信息学工具,用于检测高通量测序数据中抗性基因及其他功能基因片段

2.国家自然科学基金重点项目(No.**):水稻土中砷形态转化的生物学机理与调控措施。主要承担水稻土中微生物砷代谢基因多样性的研究。
