研究领域
1. 超快与高灵敏光谱技术在生命科学中的基础研究:
主要包括生物大分子(蛋白质、DNA分子)的飞秒时间分辨荧光动力学,荧光寿命显微成像及拉曼散射非线性光学显微成像技术,双光子荧光相关光谱技术,金属纳米颗粒的表面等离子增强技术与应用等。
2. 超快与高灵敏光谱技术的工业应用:
利用超灵敏激光光谱学技术,结合生物光学纳米探针,对人类疾病的研究和预防提供最基本的科学基础,和灵敏的光学检测手段与仪器。

学术成果
从事超快激光光谱技术、激光与物质相互作用、生物光子学等领域的研究,在国际著名学术刊物(包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.,J. Phys. Chem. Lett., Biophysical Journal,Physical Review B等)上共发表学术论文200多篇;多次受邀在国际学术会议上做大会报告,美国光学学会、化学学会和生物物理学会会员。主持承担了国家自然科学基金三项,上海市科委、教委研究基金两项,参与完成多项国家自然科学重点基金以及国家973、863计划项目。
