东华大学教授，博导，自动化系主任。上海自动化学会理事，中国自动化学会TCCT教育工作组委员。从事多机器人协同控制、分布式参数系统控制、复杂工业过程建模、优化与控制的研究，提出了采用偏微分方程对多智能体集群动态建模与控制的方法，提出了分布式时滞的预估控制方法等。担任Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics等多个国际期刊的审稿人。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，曾主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，主持完成上海市自然科学基金项目2项，参与包括国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的项目4项，主持或参与企业横向项目3项，近5年，在国际控制学科权威期刊IEEE Transaction on Automatic Control发表长文2篇，在Automatica、IEEE Transaction on Control Systems Technology、System & Control Letter等期刊上发表论文20余篇。入选上海市晨光计划，东华大学优秀青年教师后备人选，上海市青年岗位能手，全国大学生数学建模竞赛上海赛区优秀指导教师，东华大学师德建设标兵，宝钢优秀教师奖。
