陆昌瑞
1983年6月出生。美国科尔盖特大学（ColgateUniversity）全额奖学金分子生物学学士（2005），美国康奈尔大学（CornellUniversity）生命科学研究生院生物化学、生物物理学博士（2011），美国密西根大学（UniversityofMichigan）医学院博士后，2012年6月被东华大学评定为教授。
主要研究成果：从事RNA的结构与功能、基因的表达与调控等研究:核开关和其他非编码RNA的结构、机理和功能；PackagingRNA(pRNA)的晶体结构与复合体的包装机理；外切体复合物的晶体结构与机理；昆虫胚胎耐冻性的分子机理,其成果发表于NatureSMB、PNAS、JournalofMolecularBiology等国际著名杂志。

主要研究方向:
核开关三维结构与机理X-ray晶体结构、RNA调节因子发现、功能和机理。
