何平,男,1971年5月生,四川绵阳盐亭人,中国共产党党员。西南科技大学材料科学与工程学院教师,博士,教授,博士生导师。国际电化学学会会员,中国化学会会员。担任ACS、RSC、Wiley、Elsevier、Springer等机构百余个国际刊物的通讯审稿人。
1993年6月毕业于四川轻化工大学,获工学学士学位(导师:王曙教授、张淑云教授)。2002年6月毕业于西北大学,获理学硕士学位(导师:宋俊峰教授、过玮教授)。2005年6月毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获理学博士学位(导师:李景虹教授,现清华大学化学系教授,中国科学院院士)。1993年到1999年在四川轻化工大学工作。2005年至今在西南科技大学材料科学与工程学院工作。2006年从讲师破格晋升为教授。
多年来,为本科生、研究生讲授过《电化学原理》、《应用电化学》、《电分析化学》、《仪器分析》、《材料现代分析测试方法》、《化学科学研究方法》、《化学化工文献检索方法》等多门课程。
迄今,已指导博士研究生、硕士研究生47人,已毕业39人,在读8人,有 10 人继续攻读博士学位。合作指导研究生10余人。
目前,主要从事材料化学、材料电化学、能源电化学、环境催化、废水处理方面的研究工作。已主持和参与军口863项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、四川省科技支撑计划项目、企业横向项目等40余个科研项目。
已在《Applied Catalysis B: Environmental》、《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Journal of Power Sources》、《Electrochimica Acta》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry A》、《Composites Science and Technology》、《Electrochemistry Communications》、《Langmuir》等国内外学术期刊公开发表论文200余篇,SCI收录120篇。( https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6363-3943;https://publons.com/researcher/**/ping-he )
申请发明专利12项,授权9项。
获2009年陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖,2010年陕西省科学技术奖二等奖,2012年绵阳市科学技术进步三等奖,2015年绵阳市科学技术进步一等奖,2017年四川省环保厅环境保护科学技术一等奖。

1材料电化学、能源电化学:超级电容器电极材料;碱性锌锰电池添加剂;全钒电池电解液、双极板;锂离子电池电极材料等方面。
2 环境(电)化学:有机废水(垃圾渗滤液及浓缩液、化工有机废水等)处理;有价金属元素资源化回收;(含氯离子、氨氮、硝酸盐等)高盐无机废水处理。
3 电催化:HER、OER、ORR电催化;有机电合成等方面。
4 分析化学:电化学传感、生物传感等方面。
5 环境尾(废)气催化:燃油(气)机动车尾气催化净化;工业VOC废气催化净化。
6 微纳米功能材料制备及应用
