个人简介
唐金龙, 副教授,四川省海外高层次留学人才,硕士研究生导师,西南科技大学理学院应用物理系主任。2008年博士毕业于电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院。曾在美国北德州大学国家公派学术访问一年。
目前主要从事光电半导体材料及其器件、新型能源材料与器件的制备和计算实验研究。先后主持(参与)国家级、地市级和校级等各类科研项目近20项。已在Nano Energy、Nanoscale Research Letters、 Applied Physics Letters 、Journal of Crystal Growth、Journal of Applied Physics等国内外知名学术期刊上发表(含合作发表)学术论文30余篇。合作授权国家发明专利4项。
