个人简介
聂小琴,女,1985年5月生,四川绵阳人,中国共产党员,副研究员,硕士生导师。西南科技大学国防科技学院核科学与技术学科负责人,核科学与技术系副主任,核化工与核燃料工程专业负责人,四川省高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记,核废物与环境安全省部共建协同创新中心团队骨干成员。中国核学会会员,中国辐射防护学会超铀核素辐射防护分会理事,美国阿贡实验室的访问****,国家自然科学基金函评专家、四川省科技厅函评专家,国内外多种期刊审稿人。先后被评为四川省生物与环境科技大赛优秀指导教师、西南科技大学优秀教师、校级本科毕业设计优秀指导教师等荣誉称号。
近年来在基础研究方面先后主持了国家自然科学基金2项、省科技厅项目1项、中国博士后基金2项,作为主研人参与美国DOE项目、国家973课题,系统揭示了生物细胞表面与放射性核素的界膜作用机理,相关成果发表SCI论文60余篇,参编英文专著3部,获授权发明专利5项,主研完成的中物院-国家自然科学基金委联合基金被评为NSAF优秀奖。
近几年同时注重国际国内交流与合作及军民融合发展,全力推动科研技术积累在核领域的成果转化与工程示范,同时与中国工程物理研究院、中国核动力设计研究院、火箭军、中核202、812、504、404等单位保持长期合作关系,先后开展了多项横向课题,针对其高盐复杂体系含铀废水的超低排放和资源回收提供关键技术指导,提出了基于新型离子交换材料及膜蒸馏技术深度净化复杂中低放废液新技术及新工艺,研究成果得到企业认可,相关技术申报国家发明专利10余项,成立了复杂体系中低放废液深度净化科研团队和集约一体化装备生产线,实现了产学研紧密结合。

2010.07-至今:在西南科技大学工作,任辐射防护与核安全专业及核化工与核燃料工程专业专任教师;
2013.08-2014.01:在中核四〇四有限公司挂职锻炼,企业合作导师:胡晓丹研究员;
2016.07-至今:在西科大博士后流动站从事博士后研究工作,合作导师:董发勤教授;
2018.08-2019.08:在美国阿贡国家实验室做访问****,合作导师:Kenneth M. Kemner。

目前指导研究生4名,协助指导毕业研究生5名。目前指导卓越本科生及兴趣小组本科生10余名,毕业继续在名校深造学生20余名。

我的团队
本团队现有专职教师10人,其中具有博士学位10人,教授5人,副研究员1人,博士研究生导师3名,硕士研究生导师5人。
本团队重点开展核素生物地球化学过程、核素-矿物-微生物表界面(膜)作用、中低放废液深度净化等方面的研究。如针对高盐复杂低放废液的深度净化,开发了真空膜蒸馏技术和功能化离子交换纤维新材料、工艺及装置,相应成果目前应用于核燃料循环系统的多家企业及科研院所。团队负责人董发勤教授入选“百千****才工程”国家级人选,教育部新世纪人才,近年来,课题组承担973及科技支撑计划、863计划重点项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目及青年基金等国家级项目近20项,在SmallApplied Catalysis B EnvironmentalJournal of Nuclear MaterialsAnalytical ChemistryACS Sustainable Chemistry& EngineeringJournal of hazardous materialsApplied Surface ScienceChemical Engineering Journal等国际期刊上发表论文100余篇,出版专著4部、获得专利授权20余项,先后获中国人民解放军军队科技进步奖二等奖1项、国家优秀教学成果二等奖1项、NASF联合基金优秀奖1项、其他省部级和地市级科研奖励20余项。团队研究生及本科生近几年发表20余篇高水平学术论文,在国内外学术交流会中多次获优秀口头报告,学生作为负责人参加省部级科技竞赛获一等奖3次,同学们在课题组经过有素的科研学习锻炼,大部分具备良好的就业前景和进一步深造潜质。
