主要研究新型功率器件和功率集成电路,包括IGBT,Super-Junction devices,LDMOS等。

主讲课程
1.曾担任《电路分析基础》,《微电子学》,《信号与系统》等课程助教,深入学习优秀老师的上课技巧;
2.目前承担本科生《电路分析与电子线路》课程的教学工作。教学中注重与学生互动,注重理论与实际结合,培养学生电路分析的基本能力;
3.在2017年12月微固学院举办的"卓越青年教师成长计划"中获得“教学进步奖”;
