科学研究
研究方向
主要从事数模混合集成电路设计、传感器读出系统设计、高速时钟和数据接口设计,电源管理芯片设计等领域的研究工作,特别在超高速低功耗ADC、传感读出和显示驱动等领域有长期积累。


论文专利
在集成电路设计领域的IEEE TCASI、TCASII、VLSI等国际期刊和会议,发表论文60余篇,SCI检索近50篇。



知识产权
已授权国家发明专利30余项,美国专利1项,国际PCT专利2项,转让1项。


著作教材
合作编写高等教育人才培养系列丛书1部,出版《模拟集成电路设计实验教程》教材1部。
