教师简介
电子科技大学电子科学与工程学院副教授,长期从事表/界面结构、物性及其与界面相关微纳器件的研究工作。在半导体、功能氧化物薄膜以及低维材料异质结界面结构调控及光、电学特性表征与应用方面具有较丰富的经验。近年来,主持并完成国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、参与国家自然基金面上项目两项,国家重大基础研究计划(973)项目以及香港 RGC 基金项目各一项。获 2017 年度四川省科技进步二等奖一项。累计发表 SCI 论文 50 余篇,引用 500 余次。合著英文专著《Advanced Nano Deposition Methods》(Weily 出版社 2017 年 2 月),参与编写《电子材料》中 “半导体材料”和“光电与热电材料” 两章(清华大学出版社 2013 年 1 月),获得美国发明专利授权一项,授权中国发明专利十余项。
