学习及工作经历
2003.9 – 2007.6在电子科技大学学习并取得应用物理学学士学位,2007.9 -2012.6在南京大学学习并取得物理学博士学位,2012.7加入电子科技大学工作至今。期间于2016.8 – 2019.2在香港城市大学做博士后研究工作。荣获2018年度电子科技大学学术新人奖。
研究方向及成果
主要研究方向为低维纳米材料与器件,主持国家自然基金青年项目、面上项目各一项,中央高校业务费两项,参与多项国际级和省部级项目。
到目前为止,已在包括Sci. Adv., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., ACS Nano等国际知名SCI期刊上发表论文60余篇,目前总引用数2000余次,H因子21。担任Research and Application of Materials Science期刊编委成员,是ACS,RSC,Elsevier, Wiley等旗下多个期刊的审稿人,国家自然基金面上项目通讯评审人。
