学术经历: 主要研究方向:微波毫米波集成电路、固态太赫兹技术。1999年本科毕业于电子科技大学,2004年博士毕业于电子科技大学,2006年晋升为电子科技大学副教授,2011年晋升为电子科技大学教授,2009年9月~2010年9月在美国伊利诺理工(IIT)以Research associate 身份留学研究,2018年在美国哈佛大学做高级访问****。长期在毫米波亚毫米波收发组件及关键技术开展原创性研究工作。截止2021年4月,在国际国内刊物和会议上发表学术论文一百余篇,其中SCI收录六十余篇,EI收录九十余篇,以第一发明人申请专利三十余项,其中十六项获授权。排名第一获2016 年国防科学技术进步奖一等奖:“基于×××的太赫兹变频技术研究”,获得四川省科技进步二等奖和国防科技进步二等奖各一项。为“毫米波太赫兹技术与应用实验室”电子科大方负责人,2020年军事微波、太赫兹、电磁兼容技术学术会议大会共同主席等。


个人简介: 张勇,电子科技大学教授、博导。研究领域:微波与毫米波集成电路,固态太赫兹技术等。IEEE高级会员,四川省海外高层次留学人才,入选第十二批电子科技大学“****”。是国防科工局太赫兹方向专家、军事电子元器件规划评审专家、型谱项目首席专家及国家重点研发计划技术咨询等多领域的专家,排名第一获2016年度国防科技进步奖一等奖。


科研项目: 作为项目负责人,承担了包括型谱项目,军科委基础加强项目、国防创新特区项目、”863”项目等重点重大项目以及重点实验室基金项目、总装预研基金、新品项目等十余项科研项目,并通过省部级技术鉴定。
