个人简介: 陶志华,男,博士后,硕士生导师。中国化学会电化学委员会委员,美国化学会会员,广东省科技特派员(2013B0010), 广东 省“珠江人才计划”创新创业团队核心成员,是专业期刊Corrosion Science Industrial &Engineering Chemistry Research和European Journal of Chemistry等多个国际期刊审稿人,主要从事微电子器件微纳槽沟铜互连技术、电子电路制备工艺、电子材料腐蚀与防护及电子材料制备的研究工作,以第一作者在Corrosion Science(一区)、Industrial &Engineering Chemistry (二区)、Journal of The Electrochemical Society(二区)等发表高水平研究论文近二十余篇,其中单篇SCI论文他引超过200次,荣获国家科技进步奖及省级自然科学奖各一次,并获得重庆大学博士生学术成果奖及电子科技大学先进工作者称号,主持及参与多项国家自然基金、国家博士后基金、国家重点实验室开放基金及多项广东产学研重大合作项目。并由科学出版社出版十三五规划教材及专著各一部。
