主讲人简介：
李应芳（Fang Lee Cooke）系“人力资源管理和中国研究”领域的国际著名华人学者，现为澳大利亚莫纳什大学(Monash University) 人力资源管理和中国研究教授，在2011年4月之前，曾在澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学管理学院任副院长一职，2010年以前在英国曼彻斯特大学商学院任专职教授多年。李教授在国际上发表了上百篇学术期刊文章、个人专著、编著书籍的章节、以及国际学术会议论文。其中，为我校认定外文B级期刊40余篇（e.g. Human Relations, Human Resource Management, International Journal ofHuman Resource Management, Journal of Management Studies），其他国际人力资源管理顶级期刊数十篇，个人专著3本，合著1本，参与章节编写30本。
主讲内容：
Economic globalization has had major impacts on the employment and labour relations in developed countries and less developed countries alike. Theinformalization of employment and the erosion of labour standards have beenwidely experienced in many countries, resulting in declining quality of labourrelations and the rising level of labour disputes, some with disastrousconsequences. In this presentation, Professor Fang Lee Cooke will examine someof the changes that have taken place in the employment and labour relationslandscape. She will also analyse the roles of institutional actors, includingboth traditional and emergent actors. Finally, the presentation will highlightimplications of these changes for multinational firms operating in Asia.
