主讲人简介：
丁学良同志，男，皖南农村出身，在国内受过断断续续的小学、中学、高等教育。1983年获得中华人民共和国第一届“中青年社会科学人文学科优秀成果奖”之后，被上级特派出国留学。1992年以博士学位毕业于美国哈佛大学，一直从事比较现代化、转型社会、全球化和区域竞争、大学体制的研究和教学，先后工作于哈佛大学本科生院、国立澳大利亚大学亚太研究院、香港科技大学。目前兼任深圳大学“ 中国海外利益研究中心” 学术指导、浙江大学 “公共政策研究院” 资深顾问、香港 “博源基金会”学术委员等职。他的中英日韩文著作分别由剑桥大学出版社、牛津大学出版社、成均馆大学出版社、北京大学出版社、社会科学文献出版社、东京科学出版社、台湾联经出版公司、东方出版社等发行。
内容提要：
本次演讲是基于丁学良博士过去三年里在欧盟、美国、韩国、日本、泰国、台北等六个地方多所大学的研讨会上相关报告，综合提炼而成，并增加了中共十八届三中全会以后国内的重要新趋势的内容。
