主讲人简介：
Professor Sylvain is good at corporate governance, operation management , doing Business in China , teaching program design and marketing strategy for MBA students in Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Continuing Education(September 2011 till Now).Sylvain is a principal researcher on international corporate governance, shareholders rights and activism, securities regulations for the Association de Protection des Investisseurs et épargnants du Québec, ( Quebec Investors Protection Association,a non-profit organization that defends the interests of small investors) He is an external economic consultant for the Canadian equity division of Bolton Tremblay and responsible for a project to implement new specifications for forecasting North American interest rates。He research Shanghai Real Estate and Shadow Banking Industries with Professor Robert Boyer , founder of theFrenchSchoolof Regulation (InstituteofAmericas Paris)and Professor Natacha Aveline Dubach (University Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne).
Professor Sylvain is doing his doctoral research on the long term structural causes and consequences of the 2008 international crisis and its impacts on globalization and international management practices. He got his Master of Arts on Economics, McGill University , Montreal (1981),got a certificate in Economics at l’Université du Québec , Montréal (1978),Baccalauréat in Psychology, l’Université de Montréal (1977).
主要内容：
调节学派是指各种调节理论构成了一个研究领域,它集中关注于分析资本主义经济的长期转变。调节理论最早的创建者主要是法国的三位经济学家:阿列塔(Michel Aglietta) 、博耶（Robert Boyer）和利皮兹(Alain Lipietz) 。阿列塔于1974 年首次以法文出版、1979 年以英文出版的著作《资本主义调节理论:美国的经验》(ATheory of Capitalist Regulation: The U. S . Experience)被公认为是该学派的开山之作。调节学派的研究自20 世纪70年代在法国最早形成以来,引起了世界范围的广泛关注,并在理论和经验研究方面取得很大发展。Sylvain教授主要介绍法国调节学派的形成和发展过程，重点介绍代表性人物的学术思想，以及法国调节学派思想对中国的启示。
