主讲人简介:

Pratap is the Senior Director HR at Maersk GSC, responsible for Human resources for the Global GSC's in India, China & Philippines. He was earlier the VP HR at TCS BPO responsible for Leadership Hiring, Development & Talent Management; his key objective was to hire & develop Leaders so that the business has a strong Leadership pipeline & was also responsible for Talent Management. In his stint with GE Capital (Genpact) he was responsible for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition & Resource Management Globally for the Software division. His initial role in GE was to look after HR for the Finance Centre of Excellence for Hyderabad & Bangalore which he has significantly grown and Institutionalized Best in class Human Resource practices. His areas of Expertise include building Strategic Human Resources direction/practices and influencing the same into hard-core Execution. He has built various Retention practices and has significantly improved Retention rates in the businesses he worked & has played critical roles in developing World class Performance Management practices.
