主讲人简介：
ZouHong is an Associate Professor of Finance at the School of Economics and Finance, University of Hong Kong. He qualified the certified public accountant (CPA) and investment analyst examinations. He graduated in Statistics from Fudan University, completed a Master degree in insurance & accounting from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in 1998 with distinction, and received a PhD in Finance from University of Wales Swansea (UK) in 2003. Dr Zou has four-year working experience as a statistician in a local government and two-year experience in an investment bank. Dr Zou's research interests include corporate finance, corporate governance, risk management, and financial services. He is a two-time joint winner of the 2002 and 2003 Shin Research Excellence Award, a co-winner of the 2012 China International Conference in Finance (CICF) best paper award and the 2012 Brockett and Shapiro best paper award. He published more than 25 refereed research articles in English and his research work appears in leading finance and insurance journals including Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Risk and Insurance, Financial Management, among other journals. He also published 17 articles in Economic Research and other premier Chinese academic journals. Dr Zou is a research fellow of the Center of China Insurance and Social Security Research (CCISSR, Peking University) and is a member of the research award selection committee at International Insurance Society (IIS). He was an associate editor of China Journal of Accounting Studies and now serves on the editorial board of Frontiers of Business Research in China (published by Springer).
