讲座主要内容:
The Great Britain is in fact comprised of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, each having its own customs and traditions. But the British empire, which used to have its colonies all over the world, has its far-reaching influences almost all over the world. It is a great part of the Western culture. Mrs. Angela Moor and Mr. Ian Moor are going to describe the foundations and roots of the British culture from natives’ perspective. They have spent a lot of time on doing the conversation work of cultural properties in the British Museum in London and in the Conservation Centre in London. By reflecting on the cultural history and their personal experiences, they are going to shed light on the understanding of the cultural roots of the UK as a glorious kingdom.
