林朗为（LAM Long Wai, Rico），管理学博士，澳门大学工商管理学院管理营销系主任，教授。香港中文大学管理学学士、密歇根州立大学营销学MBA、俄勒冈大学 (University of Oregon)管理学博士。目前研究兴趣为领导力与公司员工行为。于2011年至今担任亚洲管理学会副会长。现任《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》杂志的高级主编（Senior editor）。近几年多篇高水平论文发表在《Journal of Organizational Behavior》、《International Journal of Hospitality Management》、《Leadership Quarterly》、《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Journal of Business Research》等期刊。
内容摘要：
In this presentation, I will share my view of where and how to publish your leadership papers with Asia and China focus. I will also share my experience as Senior Editor of the Asia Pacific Journal of Management (APJM). APJM's citation impact factor as reported by ISI/SSCI for 2012 is 4.09, which put it the 10th most influential management journal among all 172 tracked management journals. I will discuss the journal review process and share some tips of publication.
