主讲人简介：

Dr. Amanuel G. Tekleab (atekleab@wayne.edu) is a Board of Visitors Fellow and associate professor of organizational behavior at Wayne State University’s School of Business Administration. His research interests are focused on employment relationship (particularly psychological contracts), social exchanges, team characteristics and processes, organizational change, and training and development. He has presented numerous studies related to his research areas in national and international conferences. His work has been published in management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organizational Research Methods, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group and Organization Management, Journal of Business Research, and Human Resource Management.
