主讲人介绍：
刘本傑教授，现为美国伊州州立芝加哥大学（Chicago State U）傅尔布莱特讲座教授。国立台湾大学经济系毕业（1961），同年甲各种关税人员特考及格；加拿大麦谋内大学经济发展硕士（1965）；获得美国华盛顿大学（Washington U, St. Louis）经济学（企划及计量）硕士（1967）及博士（1971）。
美国国家科学基金会顾问，联合国经济发展署顾问。美国社会经济学志（American Journal of Economics and Sociology, 1978-）、香港商管学志（Hong Kong Journal of Business Management , 1984-1998）国际商学会志（International Journal of Business ，1997-）国际管理学会志（International Journal of Management Theories and Practices，1998-）等季刊编辑委员；美国国家图书资讯科学委员会委员（Commissioner, United States National Commission on Libraries and Information Science ,1991-1994）；华美教授协会会长（1997-）等。
