Dr. EnnoSiemsen现为美国明尼苏达大学商学院终身教授，长期从事行为运作管理的研究工作，已经在Management Science, Organization Science and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management.等顶级期刊上发表多篇学术论文，同时担任senior editor for the Production and Operations Management Journal and as an associate editor for the Journal of Operations Management and the Decision Sciences Journal.。
