西门子工业自动化产品成都生产及研发基地将于2013年上半年投入运营，该基地将成为西门子在中国最大的数字化工厂 , 通过在包括研发，生产，订单管理，供应商管理及物流等整个价值链中集成IT系统应用，实现工厂的整个价值链的自动化控制和管理。西门子将在这里生产其著名的SIMATIC工业自动化系统系列产品，供应中国及全球工业市场。
西门子工业自动化产品成都生产及研发基地现联合西南财经大学国际交流与合作处与学生职业规划与就业指导中心面向全校招收实习生，具体信息如下：
职位名称：总经理办公室助理实习生GMO Intern
工作地点：成都高新西区
实习时间：半年
岗位职责：
1. Perform documents management, be responsible for getting signature for GMO(including get signature of GM and CM, record and distribute properly ; help GMO to get approve signature from others)
负责文件管理工作，为GMO取得签名并做好记录和分发；
2. Be responsible for arrangement of GMO visitors, providing the invitation letters to GMO visitors and get approve, ensure the proper transportation arrangement during their travel and any other affairs required;
为GMO做好来访者安排，撰写邀请信，做好来访者访问期间交通安排以及其他相关安排；
3. Be responsible to coordinate the department cars: conduct the expense claim for drivers biweekly;
负责协调部门车辆，每两周为车队司机汇总费用；
4. To support the event or team activities when required;
在需要时，为项目和团队活动提供协助；
5. Assistance to company chop process;
公司盖章流程中的辅助性工作，如文件收集、安排盖章、文件存档等；
6. Assistance to GMO procurement process;
协助GMO进行采购；
7. Other tasks assigned；
其他分配的任务；
招聘要求：
1. Working level English language, especially fluent in Oral English,
具有工作水准的英语语言能力，口语流利交流无障碍
2. Very good communication skills and cognition.
交流技巧和认知能力强
3. Fast Learner, detail-oriented, conscientious and good team player
学习能力强，做事认真细心，有良好的团队意识
4. Be able to take the internship 4 to 5 days per week of full time.
在不影响学业安排的情况下，实习期间每周能保持全天工作4-5天
