个人简介 ：
吴晓东，男，博士，剑桥大学访问****，副教授，1967年12月出生，1994年研究生毕业于西南财经大学经济系并获得经济学硕士学位，2002年在西南财经大学获得博士学位，2009年2月到2009年8月受邀在剑桥大学做访问****，四川省对外经济贸易学会副秘书长，四川省世界经济学会理事，中国世界经济学会和中国国际经济关系学会会员，现在任教于西南财经大学经济学院世界经济研究所，专业为国际经济，西南财经大学“151”工程首期培养人选。
教育背景：
1994年研究生毕业于西南财经大学经济系并获得经济学硕士学位，2002年在西南财经大学获得博士学位。
主讲课程 ：
主要承担本科生《国际经济学》、《国际金融》、《国际贸易》、《货币银行学》、《宏观经济学》、《证券投资技术与分析》、硕士研究生《国际投资专题》、《国际经济学专题》、《国际经济理论与实务》、《国际贸易与国际金融专题》、《国际宏观经济理论与实践》、《投资经济学专题》、《证券投资理论与实务》和博士生《国际投资专题》、《当代宏观经济理论与政策》、《经典文献选读》等课程的教学工作。
研究领域 ：
主要研究国际经济理论（包括国际贸易、国际金融、国际投资等），在《经济学家》、《社会科学研究》、《财经科学》等刊物上发表论文三十七篇，著有《国际投资学》（第二版）、《证券投资技术与分析》（第四版）和《中国农村养老的经济分析》等，副主编教材一部、参与编写教材以及其他经济学书籍多部，先后参与过国家社科基金项目2个，国家科技部、省级和“211工程”课题各一个，在国际经济理论、国际投资、证券投资与中国农村养老方面进行了系统、深入的探讨。
