刘夏明，男，西南财经大学国际商学院院长，经济学博士，英国伦敦大学教授，博士生导师，研究专业包括国际经济，国际商务，跨国公司理论等。
1981年本科毕业于安徽大学，1984年获复旦大学世界经济学硕士，1991年获英国Strathclyde大学经济学博士。
现为英国伦敦大学国际商务方向教授。曾先后在国内杭州大学和上海大学担任经济学讲师，在英国Strathclyde大学做交流学者，曾分别在英国Abertay Dundee大学和英国Aston大学担任经济学讲师和国际经济方向高级讲师，之后在英国萨里（Surrey）大学担任教授。
