个人简介Personal Profile 副教授,2011年于电子科技大学-微电子与固体电子学院获得工学博士学位,2015.5-2016.5年 美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校FS-MRL访问****.主要从事电子封装陶瓷材料的制备及性能控制;微电子封装功能陶瓷设计及基础研究;微晶玻璃、陶瓷的低温化烧结技术研究及高放射性核素固化技术。发表SCI论文共计50余篇。其中,以第一作者在Journal of the American Ceramic Society, Ceramics International, Journal of Nuclear Materials, Annals of Nuclear Energy,Materials Rsearch Bulletin,Journal of Alloys and Compounds等所从事研究领域主流期刊上发表论文二十篇。主持国家级项目一项,主持省部级项目一项,主持横向课题多项.

主要从事电子封装材料的制备及性能控制;微电子封装功能陶瓷制备工艺研究;微晶玻璃、陶瓷的低温化烧结技术研究及高放射性核素固化技术。课题的研究方向主要包括:(1)超低损耗微电子封装材料的设计与基础研究;(2)封装用热关键材料的设计、工艺与基础研究;(3)特种封装材料的研制等;(4)模拟放射性核素材料固化技术研究;(5)绿色可循环、可再生材料的设计与研究。
