个人简介
曹宝宝,男,1979年出生,陕西榆林人。1997年9月考入大连理工大学材料科学与工程学院,取得学士学位。2001年9月至2008年1月,中科院物理所北京电子显微镜重点实验室和大连理工大学材料学院联合培养,取得工学博士学位,博士论文为“Al-Cr合金系中准晶近似晶体相的结构研究”,师从郭可信院士。随后在美国新奥尔良大学和美国北卡大学夏洛特分校从事博士后研究,2013年11月加入西南交通大学材料科学与工程学院。截止目前,在J.Mater.Chem.,J.Phys.Chem.C,J.AlloyCompound,J.CrystalGrowth,Chem.Mater.,Nanoscale,ActaMaterialia等期刊发表论文21篇,其中SCI收录16篇,引用200余次,单篇最高76次。爱好足球,钓鱼。

2)透射电子显微学在材料精细表征中的应用

Electron Microscopy? Over 10 years hand-on experience on TEMs, including Philips CM12 and Philips CM200-FEG, FEI Tecnai G2 F20, JEOL 2010, and Jeol 2100,
? Proficient in multiple microscopy techniches: bright/dark field image, electron diffraction, convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED), high resolution electron microscopy (HREM), electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS), energy dispersion X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), STEM EDS mapping and STEM-EELS mapping.
? Skillful TEM specimen preparation (plane view and cross-section view).
? Over 8 years hand-on experience of SEM, including FEI XL30 S-FEG, LEO 1530 FEG, and JEOL 5410.
? Extensive experience on varity of materials characterization, including metal, alloy, semiconductor, oxide, polymer, etc.
X-ray Crystallography? Proficient in Powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction.
? Crystal structure determination using Shelx, WinGx and Sir.
Nanomaterials Synthesis ? Extensive experiences in nanomaterials (such as nano-catalysts and nano-sensors) synthesis using PVD, CVD, Laser-Assisted CVD, solution method.
