Brief Biography

Xing Huanlai, received the BSc (Eng.) degree in Communications Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2006, the MSc degree in Electromagnetic fields & Wavelength Technology from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications (北京邮电大学) in 2009 and the PhD degree in Computer Science from The University of Nottingham (英国诺丁汉大学), UK, in 2013, respectively. With the support from the SWJTU “Talents Program”, he is now an associate professor at the school of information science and technology. His research interests include evolutionary algorithms, multi-objective optimization, network coding, routing and planning in communications networks, and data delivery in software defined networking (SDN). He has authored more than 10 high quality journal and conference papers, such as Information Sciences, Journal of the Operational Research Society, IEEE Communications Letters, Applied Intelligence, Computer Communications, etc. He has been a referee for a number of top international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, and International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems.

邢焕来 留英博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师

个人简介
邢焕来，博士，ACM会员、中国计算机学会会员、中国计算机学会理论计算机科学专业委员会委员。自2013年起作为海外引进人才在我校信息科学与技术学院任教。2006年获西南交通大学通信工程专业学士学位，2009年获北京邮电大学电磁场与微波技术专业硕士学位，同年获国家留学基金委建设高水平大学公派研究生项目全额资助赴英国诺丁汉大学攻读博士学位，并于2013年获诺丁汉大学计算机科学专业博士学位。长期从事进化计算，网络编码，网络路由选择与规划，软件定义网络等相关领域的科学研究工作。发表第一作者SCI/EI论文10余篇，其中第一作者SCI论文8篇。担任IEEE进化计算学报和IEEE移动计算学报等本领域顶级国际期刊的审稿人。先后参研多项国内外研究课题，包括国家自然科学基金项目课题1项、国家863项目课题1项、英国政府EPSRC项目课题1项、诺丁汉大学校级课题1项等。
